摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定四物汤提取物中咖啡酸的含量。方法采用水提法对四物汤进行提取。色谱柱为C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(23∶77,pH 4. 0),检测波长323 nm。结果咖啡酸线性范围为2~10 mg/L,四物汤中咖啡酸含量为63. 52μg/g,咖啡酸平均回收率为91. 82%。结论高效液相色法可方便、快捷地对四物汤中咖啡酸含量进行测定。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of caffeic acid in Siwu Decoction extract. Methods The Si wu Decoction was extracted by water extraction.The column was a C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was methanol-phosphate buffer (23∶77,pH 4.0),and the detection wavelength was 323 nm. Results The linear range of caffeic acid was 2~10 mg/l,the caffeic acid content of Siwu Decoction was 63.52 μg/g,and the average recovery of caffeic acid was 91.82%. Conclusion The HPLC method can be used to determine the content of caffeic acid in Siwu Decoction easily and quickly.
