摘 要:目的了解某高校医学检验专业大一新生的心理状态,分析心理状态对学习成绩的影响。方法采用SCL-90进行问卷调查,选取某高校检验学院2016级全体新生为调查对象,发放问卷327份,回收有效问卷314份,回收率96%。采用SPSS 20. 0软件对收集的数据资料进行统计分析。结果心理健康状况对学习成绩有一定影响,在十个维度中,敌对、抑郁、焦虑与学习成绩之间存在明显的负相关关系,然而人际关系敏感、偏执、强迫症状与学习成绩存在正相关关系。在众维度中抑郁和焦虑尤其明显,有心理症状组中学习成绩优秀学生6人,学习成绩落后学生16人;而无心理状况组中学习成绩优秀的学生有33人,学习成绩落后的学生有23人,两组经卡方检验,均有统计学意义。结论心理健康状况与学习成绩关系密切,心理健康状况良好的学生学习成绩高于心理健康状况差的学生,而学习成绩好的学生心理健康状况优于成绩差的学生。因此,高校开展心理健康咨询和心理卫生保健对提高教学质量具有积极意义。Objective In order to understand the psychological state of freshmen in laboratory medicine,and to study the influence of psychological state on the academic performance. Methods A total of 2017 freshmen from the laboratory medicine in a medical college were investigated by SCL-90,and 327 questionnaires were distributed,and the recovery rate was 96%.The data collected was analyzed statistically by SPSS 20. Results The mental health status has certain influence on the academic achievement.In the ten dimensions,hostility,depression and anxiety were significantly negatively correlated with academic performance,while interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia and compulsion were positively correlated with academic performance.Depression and anxiety were particularly striking in all the dimensions.In the group with psychological symptoms,there were 6 students with excellent academic performance and 16 students with poor academic performance,and there were 33 students with excellent academic performance and 23 students with poor academic performance in the group without psychological status.Chi-square test showed that there was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion Mental health status is closely related to academic performance.Students with good mental health have higher academic performance than those with poor mental health,and the mental health status of students with good academic performance is better than that of students with poor academic performance.Carrying out mental health consultation and mental health care in colleges and universities is of positive significance to improving teaching quality.
