摘 要:油田生产中广泛采用的举升工艺设备主要包括有杆泵、电动潜油离心泵、水力活塞泵和地面螺杆泵等,稠油及出砂油井因运行能耗高、生产周期短等原因不适合有杆泵生产。对电动潜油螺杆泵的工作原理、结构及举升特点进行了研究,结合电动潜油螺杆泵采油新技术及配套措施,选取具有代表性的油井进行现场试验。试验结果表明,应用该技术及采取相应的配套措施,可实现稠油冷采和无杆采油,降低稠油井运行能耗,有效延长机组使用寿命,节能效果显著。Widely used lifting mode in oilfield production mainly includes rod pump,electric submersible centrifugal pump,hydraulic piston pump and ground screw pump,etc.Heavy oil and sand production well are not suitable for rod pump production due to high energy consumption and short production cycle.The structure,working principle and lifting characteristics of electric submersible pump are studied in this paper.Combined with the new technology and supporting measures of electric submersible screw pump,this paper selects representative oil Wells for field test.The analysis of energy saving effect and its extension and application has certain guiding significance for field production.
