New records of Desmidiaceae plant from swamp wetland of the Altay region in Xinjiang

摘　　要：采用经典分类学方法,对2017年8月采自新疆阿勒泰地区沼泽湿地的160份藻类标本进行分类学鉴定.结果显示有7个鼓藻科植物为新疆首次记录,隶属于5属,包括棒形鼓藻属(Gonatozygon)的棒形鼓藻G.monotaenium De Bary,新月藻属(Closterium)的针状新月藻C.aciculare T.West和瘦新月藻C.macilentumBrébisson,凹顶鼓藻属(Euastrum)的海岛凹顶鼓藻E.insulare(Wittrock)Roy,鼓藻属(Cosmarium)的华美鼓藻C.speciosum Lundell和波缘鼓藻圆齿变种C.undulatumvar.crenulatum (Ngeli)Wittrock,角丝鼓藻属(Desmidium)的扭联角丝鼓藻锐角变种D.aptogonumvar.acutius Nordstedt.这些新记录丰富了新疆湿地的藻类物种多样性及鼓藻类植物资源,为新疆鼓藻科植物的研究提供了基础资料.In this paper,160 algal specimens from swamp wetland in the altay region of Xinjiang was adopted in August 2017 and analyzed with classical taxonomy.The five species and two varieties belonging to five genera were reported firstly in Xinjiang.They were Gonatozygon monotaenium De Bary,Closterium aciculare T.West,C.macilentum Brébisson,Euastrum insulare(Wittrock)Roy,Cosmarium speciosum Lundell,C.undulatum var.crenulatum(N geli)Wittrock and Desmidium aptogonum var.acutius Nordstedt.The discovery would enrich data of algal diversity in Xinjiang.
