摘　　要：随着国家对农业科研投入的不断增加,科研院所管理的人、财、物数量逐步增加。与此同时,不合理、不合规甚至不合法使用管理科研经费的问题日益凸显,科研项目经费使用管理的问题引起了全社会的高度关注和热议。如何做好科研廉政风险防控工作就显得越来越迫切,越来越重要。该文分析了农业科研管理中存在的各种廉政风险问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。With the continuous increase of the policy from the central government on agriculture,the government has increased the investment in agricultural research,and the number of researcher,fund and apparatuses managed by the research institutes has also been increased synchronously.At the same time,the problems of unreasonable,irregular,and even illegal expenditure of scientific research funds increasingly come out and become hot issue in society.So how to organize risk prevention and control efficiently has become more and more urgent and important.In this study we analyzes various kinds of integrity risk in the management of agricultural scientific research and propose corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
