摘　　要：人工智能的快速发展引起社会各界广泛关注,法院等司法机关也在尝试将人工智能引入司法工作中,推动司法智能化,提升办案效率,提高案件办理质量。首先分析了当前司法工作中面临的困难,然后提出了智慧法院建设方案,最后设计了基于人工智能技术的三大应用系统,解决司法工作在信息化过程中面临的一些问题。The rapid development of artificial intelligence has already aroused wide concern of the whole society.The courts and other judicial organs are also attempting to introduce artificial intelligence into judicial work to promote judicial intelligence and improve the efficiency and the quality of handling cases.Firstly the difficulties faced by the current judicial work are analyzed.Then the construction scheme of the smart court is put forward.Finally three application systems based on artificial intelligence technology are designed to solve some problems of judicial work in the process of informatization.
