京津冀中药企业构建专利联盟之路径分析

摘　　要：本文通过收集京津冀中药企业现有专利资源,归类、清洗、分析之后,根据数据分析结果,结合京津冀区域特点,从利用现有专利资源、设计多种专利战略、研发与专利申报协同发展等多个层面探讨京津冀中药企业构建专利联盟之路径。This article collected the existing patent resources of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei TCM enterprises, classified, cleaned and analyzed them. Based on the results of data analysis, combined with the characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, it explored constructing patent alliance path in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei TCM enterprises by using existing patent resources, designing multiple patent strategies, coordinated development of R&D and patent reporting.
