摘  要:目的优化抗感胶囊提取工艺。方法采用单因素考察结合正交试验设计法,以方中金银花和连翘的有效成分绿原酸、木犀草苷、连翘酯苷A的含量和浸膏得率为综合评分指标,考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对抗感胶囊水提工艺的影响,并进行验证试验。结果最优提取工艺为:加12倍量水,回流提取2次,每次提取1.5h。结论本研究优选的提取工艺简单、稳定可行,对抗感胶囊的生产工艺制定具有一定的指导意义。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Kanggan Capsules. Methods Single factor test combined with orthogonal test design was used, and the contents of chlorogenic acid, cynaroside and forsythoside A in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus in Kanggan Capsules and extract yields were taken as comprehensive evaluation indexes to examine the effects of solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction technology of Kanggan Capsules. Validation test was conducted. Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 12 times of water extracted twice under reflux for 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The optimal extraction technology is simple, stable and feasible, which has certain guiding significance for the preparation of Kanggan Capsules.
