摘　　要：本文介绍基于胡希恕、冯世纶的"方证理论体系",使用经方当归四逆散合甘草干姜茯苓白术汤化裁治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变1例,获得满意疗效,可为临床提供借鉴。Based on the "prescription and syndrome theoretical system" of HU Xishu and FENG Shilun, this article introduced one case of treating primary cutaneous amyloidosis by using classical prescription of Danggui Sini Powder combined with modified Gancao Ganjiang Fuling Baizhu Decoction, with satisfied efficacy, which can provide references for clinic.
