摘 要:目的建立测定美白祛斑类化妆品中苯酚和氢醌的气相色谱-质谱方法。方法样品经甲醇超声提取,离心,微孔滤膜过滤,采用气相色谱-质谱法法测定。结果苯酚和氢醌在10~200μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),检出限为氢醌0.01mg·kg^(-1)、苯酚0.03mg·kg^(-1),平均回收率为88.7%~104.6%,RSD为2.15%~4.09%。结论本法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于美白祛斑类化妆品中苯酚和氢醌的测定。Objective To establish a GC-MS method for determination of phenol and hydroquinone in whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics. Methods The samples were extracted with methanol in ultrasonic bath, centrifuged and filtered by microporous membrane, and then analyzed by GC-MS. Results The calibration curves of phenol and hydroquinone in the range of 10-200μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999) showed good linear relationships,and the average recoveries were 88.7%-104.6% with relative standard deviations of 2.15%-4.09%. Conclusion The GC-MS method is simple and rapid, and the result is accurate and reliable.
