摘　　要：烧伤治疗是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及感染、营养、心理及康复等多个环节。而积极、正确的营养支持可促进患者创面愈合,增强机体免疫机能及降低并发症发生率。因此,营养支持在中重度烧伤治疗过程中已成为重要措施之一。在治疗过程中应根据患者实际病情制订合理、科学的营养支持方案,并给予恰当的营养支持治疗,以提高患者营养状态,促进康复。Burn treatment is a complex system engineering,involving infection,nutrition,psychology and rehabilitation. Active and correct nutritional support can promote wound healing, enhance immune function and reduce the incidence of complications. Therefore, nutritional support has become one of the important measures in the treatment of moderate and severe burns. In the course of treatment,reasonable and scientific nutritional support program should be formulated according to the actual condition of patients, and appropriate nutritional support treatment should be given to improve the nutritional status of patients and promote rehabilitation.
