5种木兰科Magnoliaceae植物的耐涝性研究

摘　　要：以5种木兰科Magnoliaceae植物的2年生实生苗为试材,观察分析淹水胁迫下植株的生长和形态指标,探讨木兰科植物的耐涝性。结果表明:星花玉兰Magnolia polytepala、多瓣紫玉兰Yulania stellate有很强的耐涝性,二者存活率为100%,叶片受害指数仅分别为15.2和13.6,淹水中后期出现生长量增加,茎基部皮孔长出白色短粗不定根。‘绿星’玉兰M.‘LüXing’、黄山玉兰Y. cylindrica耐涝性较差,但种内不同个体间的耐涝性差异较大,存活率为0%和12%,叶片受害指数100和97.6。洛氏木兰‘皮鲁埃特’M.×loebneri ‘Mag's pirouette’耐涝性居中,存活率为84%,叶片受害指数57.0,淹水末期出现了轻微生长恢复,未出现不定根。5种木兰科植物的耐涝性由强到弱依次为多瓣紫玉兰>星花玉兰>洛氏木兰‘皮鲁埃特’>黄山玉兰>‘绿星’玉兰。To study the waterlogging tolerance of Magnoliaceae plants, the two-year-old seedlings of five Magnoliaceae plants were used as test materials to observe and analyze the growth and morphological indexes of plants under waterlogging stress. The results showed that, Magnolia polytepala and Yulania stellate have strong waterlogging tolerance, and the survival rate of the two were 100%, and the leaf damage index were only 15.2 and 13.6. In the late of waterlogging stress, the growth of M. polytepala and Y. stellate increased, and the dermis of the stem of the two extended white short and thick adventitious roots. M.‘Lü Xing’ and Y. cylindrica have poor waterlogging tolerance, but the tolerances of different individuals within the species are quite different. After waterlogging stress, their survival rates are 0% and 12%, and the leaf damage index are 100 and 97.6. M.× loebneri ‘Mag’s pirouette’ has moderate tolerance, with a survival rate of 84% and a leaf damage index of 57.0 after waterlogging stress. There was insignificant increase in growth at the end of waterlogging, and no adventitious roots appeared. Comprehensive data and analysis prove that the waterlogging tolerance of the five Magnoliaceae plants from strong to weak are M. polytepala, Y. stellate, M.× loebneri ‘Mag’s pirouette’, Y. cylindrica, M.‘Lü Xing’.
