摘  要:采用KR-1原油脱钙剂对准噶尔盆地的原油实施了脱钙生产技术,考察了原油混合加工方案以及实施脱钙前后,各侧线馏分油的钙含量变化情况。结果表明,采用掺入稀释油的方式能够克服原油经电脱盐处理时存在的油水分离问题。稀释油质量分数达到10%~15%,在电脱盐的电场作用下,油水分离的效果最佳。KR-1 crude oil decalcifying agent was used to implement decalcification technique to the crude oil in Junggar Basin,the mixed processing scheme of crude oil was investigated,and the calcium content change situation of all side streams before and after implementation of decalcification were also investigated.The result showed that,using the method of mixing cutback oil can overcome the problem of oil-water separation exited during electro-desalting.The mass fraction of cutback oil reached 10%~15%,and the effect of oil-water separation is the best.
