常减压装置电脱盐系统的优化运行分析

摘　　要：分析了长庆石化公司常减压装置电脱盐系统运行状况及存在问题,从优化电脱盐油水界位、超声波破乳、注水质量、工艺流程、反冲洗工作等方面对电脱盐系统的操作提出了优化建议。This paper analyzed the operation condition of electro-desalting system of atmospheric & vacuum distillation unit and problems existed, and put forward suggestion on optimization from electro-desalting oil-water boundary, ultrasonic-wave demulsification, water injection quality;technological process and back-washing work and so on.
