摘　　要：SAN装置聚合釜搅拌器由于工艺特性的要求需定期更换机械密封,原有搅拌器在更换机械密封时需要拆卸搅拌器与罐体联接的大盖法兰。改造后可实现不拆卸搅拌器与罐体联接的法兰,不需要将轴抽出就可以更换机械密封的目的,降低检修安全风险,提高检修效率。The agitator of SAN plant-polymerizer needs to replace the mechanical seal regularly because of the process property of the agitator of polymerizer of the SAN unit. When the mechanical seal is replaced, it needs to lift and flip the original agitator with the bracket. After the transformation, there is no need to disassemble the connecting flange of the agitator and the polymerizer tank, and there is no need to pull out the shaft, thus the risk is greatly reduced and the efficiency is improved during the overhaul.
