摘 要:运用系统工程时间维、逻辑维、知识维的三维空间研究方法,进行LNG生产周期内各个部分之间的相互联系和相互制约关系的分析。根据各阶段生产特点将工厂的稳定定义为静态稳定、动态稳定和暂态稳定。结果表明,平稳率核算通过系统识别或者人工设定,匹配不同算法,依据时间裕设定进行连续性或分段性的数据收集,得出分析结果,汇总显示至中控ECS-700控制系统,以帮助控制人员操控。Three-dimensional space research methods of system engineering time dimension, logic dimension and knowledge dimension are used to make analysis to the interrelation and mutual constraint relation among all parts of LNG production periods. Based on the production characteristics of each stage, the stabilities are defined as static stability, dynamic stability and transient stability. The result showed that, by system identification or manual setting, different algorithms are matched. Based on time margin, continuous and stepwise data acquisition is made, the analytical result is obtained in the end, displayed to ECS-700 control system to help control personnel to control.
