摘　　要：本文运用PEST-SWOT模型分析医生集团的构建和运行,主要从优势、劣势、机会和威胁等方面,对我国医生集团构建和运行过程中的政治、经济、社会和技术环境支持等因素及相关问题进行了探讨,提出相应的发展策略,以期推动"医生集团"这一全新的执业模式在我国的快速发展。In this article,PEST-SWOT model was used to analyze the construction and operation of the medical group,mainly from advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.The article discussed the factors related to the construction and operation of medical group in our country,such as political,economic,social,and technological environment support factors.Development strategies were put forward with a view to promote the rapid development of new practice mode"medical group"across China.
