摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为单位的医务社会护理对阿尔茨海默病患者及照顾者的影响。方法随机将80名阿尔茨海默病患者及相应的80名照顾者分为两组,对照组采用常规的家庭护理,观察组采用以家庭为单位的医务社会护理,比较干预前后两组各项管理指标的差异。结果干预前,两组患者认知功能、行为的评分及照顾者负担、积极感受的评分差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);干预后,观察组患者MMSE评分、照顾者PAC评分均高于对照组,患者BBS评分、照顾者CBI评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论以家庭为单位的医务社会护理可有效改善患者的认知功能与行为,显著减轻阿尔茨海默病患者照顾者的负担并增强积极感受,具有一定积极影响,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of family-based medical social care on patients with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers.Methods Eighty patients with Alzheimer's disease and the corresponding 80 caregivers were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted routine home care,and the observation group adopted family-based medical social care.The two groups were compared for several indicators of management before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of cognitive function,behavior,burden on caregiver and positive feeling between the two groups(p>0.05).After the intervention,the MMSE score and the PAC score of the caregiver were higher in the observation group than in the control group.The BBS scores of the patients and the CBI scores of the caregivers in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Family-based medical social care can effectively improve patients'cognitive function and behaviors,significantly reduce the burden of caregivers and enhance positive feelings.It has certain positive effects and is worthy of being promoted.
