摘 要:坚硬厚顶板下安全高效采煤问题是我国煤矿开采中遇到的主要问题。为解决坚硬顶板难以垮落,容易造成顶板事故等,对霍州矿区煤层顶板K_2灰岩进行了现场取样,并通过LS-DNYA程序软件,对该顶板进行了定向断裂爆破模拟研究。在理论研究与数值模拟的基础上,确定了现场实施方案,由现场试验结果可知,采用切缝药包、扇形布孔以及预先对顶板进行弱处理,可以使顶板及时垮落,避免动力学灾害的发生,不仅保障人员和设备的安全,还为其他矿井坚硬顶板的弱化处理提供了借鉴。Safe and efficient coal mining under thick-hard roof is the main problem encountered in coal mining in China.In order to solve the problem that hard roof is difficult to collapse and easy to cause roof accidents,the K2 limestone of coal seam roof in Huozhou mining area was sampled in situ.The directional-split blasting of the roof was studied by LS-DNYA program software.The regularity of the displacement and pressure field of the roof was obtained.At the same time,on the basis of theoretical research and numerical simulation,the on-site implementation scheme was determined.From the field test results,it can be seen that the roof can collapse in time and avoid the occurrence of dynamic disasters by using slotted cartridge pack,fan-shaped hole distribution and weak treatment of the roof in advance.It not only guarantees the safety of personnel and equipment,but also provides reference for the weakening treatment of hard roof in other mines.
