摘  要:目前国内中小型垃圾转运车不具有压缩功能,显然,一种中小型压缩式自动卸载垃圾转运车,载重量在0. 5~3. 0 t,不但弥补该吨位压缩式自卸垃圾转运车的空白,而且能全方位提升我国垃圾清运行业的整体效能和现代化水平,一种新型压缩和卸载利用一套加压系统完成垃圾的压缩和卸料的垃圾转运车箱体具有很高的实用意义,通过查阅文献及理论计算选择合适的双斜坡坡度,卸料率达到95%以上,并通过理论计算以提高箱体的整体性能,降低成本,并优化出其最佳箱体结构。At present,domestic small and medium-sized garbage transporters do not have compression function,obviously,a small and medium-sized compressed automatic dumping garbage transporter with load between 0.5~3.0 t,can not only make up for the blank of the tonnage compressed self-dumping garbage transporter,but also improve the overall efficiency and modernization level of garbage cleaning industry in China in an all-round way.A new type of compression and unloading system using a pressure system to complete the compression and unloading of garbage was of great practical significance.By consulting literature and theoretical calculation,the suitable double slope gradient could be selected,and the unloading rate can reach more than 95%.Through theoretical calculation,the overall performance of the box can be improved and the cost can be reduced and the optimum box structure is optimized.
