摘 要:为优化紫檀属木材鉴定时荧光检测条件,分别研究提取剂种类、提取方式、时间、温度、溶液浓度、溶液pH值对6种紫檀属木材荧光性能的影响。针对荧光标准化检测过程中对提取条件的要求,在简单、便捷、高稳定性和可重复的前提下,确定较佳的紫檀属木材荧光性能检测的提取条件,并提出荧光颜色和浸出液颜色评价方法。To optimize detection conditions of wood fluorescence properties of Pterocarpus species, influence of extraction conditions, including extract agents, extraction methods, time, temperature, and pH values on wood fluorescence properties were studied. According to requirements of extraction conditions of standard fluorescence detection process, extraction conditions for fluorescence detection of Pterocarpus species were determined taking into consideration of simplicity, convenience, high stability and repeatability. Evaluation methods of fluorescence color and extractive solution color were also proposed.
