摘  要:[目的]确保阿维菌素在梨果病害防治上的安全使用。[方法]利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱建立梨和土壤中阿维菌素的检测方法,通过田间样品分析阿维菌素在梨果及土壤中的消解趋势、残留水平。[结果]该方法的灵敏度、精密度和准确性等指标均满足农残分析要求,适用于梨果和土壤中阿维菌素的测定;阿维菌素在梨果与土壤中消解动态满足一级降解动力学方程,梨果中半衰期分别为山东3.0 d、安徽1.7 d、河北1.3 d,土壤中半衰期分别为山东2.4 d、安徽3.8 d、河北1.2 d;在梨果及土壤中最终残留均低于0.02 mg/kg。[结论]建议1.8%阿维菌素水乳剂防治梨木虱,药剂稀释1 500~3 000倍(有效成分6~12 mg/kg),施药2次,距采收间隔期14 d为宜。[Objective] The research aimed to ensure the safe use of avermectin in the control of pear fruit diseases.[Method]Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) was used to establish the detection method of avermectin in pear and soil.The field samples were analyzed and evaluated for the digestion trend and residual level of avermectin in pear fruit and soil.[Result]The sensitivity,precision and accuracy of the method met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis,and were suitable for the determination of avermectin in pear fruit and soil;the avermectin dynamics in the pear fruit and soil met the first-order degradation kinetics equation.The half-lives of pear fruit were 3.0 d in Shandong,1.7 d in Anhui,and 1.3 d in Hebei.The half-lives in soil were 2.4 d in Shandong,3.8 d in Anhui,and 1.2 d in Hebei.The final residue in pear fruit and soil was less than 0.02 mg/kg.[Conclusion]It is recommended that 1.8% avermectin water emulsion can prevent pear hibiscus,and the drug is diluted 1 500-3 000 times (active ingredient 6-12 mg/kg),and the application is 2 times.The interval between harvesting is 14 days.
