乡村振兴视角下民族地区农村妇女政治参与效能提升路径研究——基于四川省凉山州彝族农村地区的调研

摘　　要：凉山彝族地区农村妇女是农村社会建设的重要主体之一,受封闭的地理环境、落后的经济水平、浓厚的传统氛围以及薄弱的教育基础等因素综合影响,政治参与效能较弱,制约着自身以及农村社会治理现代化的发展。指出必须通过增权和赋能途径,完善政治参与制度,保证过程参与,加强民主监督,保障妇女的政治参与权利;发展经济,加强基础教育,提高政治参与能力,营造良好政治参与环境,增强政治参与的自觉性和自主性,提升民族地区农村妇女的政治参与效能,提升农村社会治理水平。Rural women in the Liangshan Yi nationality area is one of the important subjects of rural social construction.Affected by factors such as closed geographical environment,backward economic level,strong traditional atmosphere and weak education foundation,the effectiveness of political participation was weak,which restricted the development of modernization of self and rural social governance.It is pointed out that it is necessary to improve the system of political participation through empowerment and engergization,ensure process participation,strengthen democratic supervision,and guarantee women’s right to political participation;develop economy,strengthen basic education,improve political participation ability,creat a good environment for political participation,enhance the consciousness and autonomy of political participation,enhance the effectiveness of rural women’s political participation in ethnic minority areas,and improve the social governance level in rural area.
