赫尔姆兹消音器在汽车排气系统中的应用

摘　　要：针对某款运动型实用汽车(sport/suburban utility vehicle,SUV)车内特定转速排气轰鸣音的问题,文章通过排气噪声频谱分析,设计了一款赫尔姆兹消声器用于提升特定频率的消声性能,以消除车内轰鸣音;在消声器优化设计过程中,利用GT-Power软件分析其传递损失。经实验验证,消声器优化后车内该转速噪声降低了4 dB(A),车内轰鸣音消失。Aiming at the problem of the exhaust boom of a sport/suburban utility vehicle(SUV) at a specific speed,through the exhaust noise spectrum analysis,a Helmholtz resonator is designed to improve the acoustic performance of a specific frequency and eliminate the vehicle interior exhaust boom.In the design,the transmission loss is calculated by GT-Power software.Through testing and verification,it is shown that after improving the muffler,the vehicle interior noise at the specific speed decreases by 4 dB(A),and the interior exhaust boom disappears.
