摘  要:针对农业温室大棚环境参数的数据采集和控制多依靠人工操作,成本高、效率低、自动化水平低的问题,利用现有输电线路,实现了温室大棚的环境温度、湿度以及二氧化碳浓度等数据的采集和传输系统的设计与开发。采用监视与控制通用系统(MCGS)组态软件,实现温室大棚多种数据的实时监控的人机交互方案。基于Modbus协议,设计主节点和子节点双向串行异步通信协议,实现了计算机机和主节点及组态模块TPC7062TX之间的数据传输,并完成数据的实时图形显示(包括实时采集数据的显示)、异常数据报警以及实时记录各传感器的报警监测日志。试验结果表明,该系统数据通信可靠、操作方便、响应速度快、显示信息完备。In view of the problems that the data collection and control of environmental parameters in agricultural greenhouse mostly rely on manual operation,the cost is high,the efficiency and the automation level are low,by using power carrier technology of existing transmission lines,design and development of data acquisition and transmission system for environmental temperature,humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in greenhouses are realized.The monitor and control generated system(MCGS) configuration software is used to realize the human-computer interaction scheme of real-time monitoring of multiple kinds of data in greenhouse.The bi-directional serial asynchronous communication protocol between master node and child node is designed based on Modbus protocol to implement the data transmission among PC and main node and configuration module TPC7062TX;and the real-time graphic display of the data which includes the display of real-time collected data,the alarm of abnormal data and the record of alarm monitoring log of each sensor.The experimental results show that the system is reliable in data communication,convenient in operation,fast in response speed and complete in display information.
