摘　　要：当前,厌氧-缺氧-好氧法(AAO)生物反应池常见于城市污水处理厂,在污水处理工艺中占有重要的地位。通过探讨日照市第二污水处理厂扩容提标改造项目的检测和控制系统,分析了日照市第二污水处理厂AAO生物反应池的工艺流程、采用西门子可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)自动控制系统的技术解决方案和ForceControl组态软件的使用。研究了调节AAO生物反应池各部分的开发方案,以及在SC1000新型标准控制器在AAO生物反应池的应用,并对上位机包含的工艺流程、参数设定和故障报警等监控画面进行调查。研究结果验证了自动控制系统设计和实现方案在日照市第二污水处理厂AAO生物反应池上应用的正确性。该自控系统实现了对现场在线仪表和设备的实时监控,不仅可以满足工艺的要求,而且节能。SC1000新型标准控制器具有经济性、灵活性、应用扩展性和数据无线传输性等优点,适用于污水处理厂等自控系统的综合控制方案。At present,anaerobic-anoxic-oxic (AAO) bioreactor is commonly used in municipal sewage treatment plants,which plays an important role in sewage treatment process.By discussing the detection and control system of the expansion and upgrading project of Rizhao No.2 Sewage Treatment Plant,the technological process of AAO biological reaction tank in Rizhao No.2 Sewage Treatment Plant is analyzed,and the technical solution of adopting Siemens programmable logic controller(PLC) automatic control system and ForceControl configuration software are introduced.The development schemes of adjusting each part of AAO bioreactor and the application of SC1000 new standard controller in AAO bioreactor are studied.The monitoring displays of process flow,parameter setting and fault alarm provided by the host computer are investigated.The research results verify the correctness of the design and implementation of the automatic control system in the plant.The automatic control system realizes real-time monitoring of on-site instruments and equipment,which not only meets the requirements of the process,but also saves energy.SC1000 new standard controller has the advantages of economy,flexibility,application expansibility and wireless data transmission.It is suitable for integrated control scheme of automatic control system such as sewage treatment plants.
