摘 要:利用实验和数值模拟方法,研究了多波内螺旋翅片管的流动与传热特性。探讨了4种进口速度(15,20,25和30 m/s)和4种内螺旋角(15°,20°,25°,30°)分别对多波内螺旋翅片管流动与传热性能的影响。并且比较了当进口速度恒定时,各管的综合性能。实验数据与模拟结果相符较好,误差范围在5.1%—7.4%之间。研究结果表明:多波内螺旋翅片管比平直矩形内翅片管传热系数提高13.7%—117.8%,并且其综合性能在内螺旋角25°附近存在最佳值。The flow and heat transfer characteristics of multi-wave internal spiral finned tubes were studied by experiment and numerical simulation.The effects of four kinds of inlet velocities(15,20,25,30 m/s)and four internal spiral angles(15°,20°,25°,30°)on the flow and heat transfer performances of multi-wave internal spiral finned tubes were discussed,respectively.And the comprehensive performances were compared between the test tubes when the inlet velocity was constant.The experimental data were in good agreement with the numerical results.The error range was between 5.1%and 7.4%.Research results showed that the heat transfer coefficient of multi-wave internal spiral finned tube was higher 13.7%-42.1%than that of the tube with internal longitudinal plat-rectangle fins.In addition,there was an optimum value around 25°of the internal spiral angle for the overall performance.
