摘 要:以无毒琼脂糖为单体,十二烷基磺酸钠为发泡剂,MgO+TiO_2为烧结助剂,利用凝胶注模及无压烧结工艺制备Al_2O_3多孔陶瓷。研究了发泡剂含量和固相含量对Al_2O_3多孔陶瓷显微结构和力学性能的影响规律以及琼脂糖凝胶体系的固化机理。结果表明:冷却过程中随温度下降,琼脂糖通过形成三维网状结构使陶瓷粉体原位固化;十二烷基磺酸钠具有较好的发泡性能及稳泡性能,适量的固相含量和发泡剂含量有助于制备高气孔率及适中抗压强度的多孔陶瓷; Al_2O_3多孔陶瓷的气孔率最高达到85. 2%。Alumina porous ceramics were fabricated by gelcasting and pressureless sintering method by using agarose as monomer,sodium dodecyl sulfonate as foaming agent and MgO+TiO2 as sintering aids.The effects of different contents of foaming agent and solid phase on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3 porous ceramic were investigated.The curing mechanism of agarose gel system was also studied.The results showed that the formation of 3D network structure of agarose during cooling process causes the in-situ solidification of the raw ceramic powders.The sodium dodecyl sulfonate displays satisfactory foaming ability and foam stabilizing ability.The appropriate solid content and foaming agent content were beneficial to the fabrication of porous Al2O3 ceramics with high porosity and moderate compressive strength.The highest porosity of Al2O3 porous ceramic in this work reached 85.2%.
