摘　　要：当前中小企业的融资困境和金融机构的竞争压力,为物流企业提供了业务创新的良好契机。与大型国有企业相比,由于中小企业的固定资产不多,在资金融资方面往往面临着诸多困难,阻碍了其发展步伐。^([1])物流金融正是解决中小企业融资难的有效办法。广西作为21世纪陆上丝绸之路与海上丝绸之路经济带的结合部,许多中小民营企业急需融资,走出国门发展壮大。文章以广西为例,从第三方物流企业的角度,通过实地考察、与业内人士面谈、文献资料查询分析对比等方法,调查分析广西第三方物流企业开展物流金融业务所面临的问题,提出解决对策,旨为第三方物流企业制定发展战略提供参考。The current financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and the competitive pressure of financial institutions provide a good opportunity for business innovation of logistics enterprises.Compared with large state-owned enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises often face many difficulties in financing due to their small fixed assets,which hinders their development.Logistics finance is an effective way to solve the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises.As a joint part of the 21st century land silk road and maritime silk road economic belt,many small and medium-sized private enterprises are in urgent need of financing and go abroad to develop and expand.This paper takes Guangxi as a study case,from the perspective of third-party logistics enterprises,this paper investigates and analyzes the issues faced by the third-party logistics enterprises in the development of logistics finance business by means of field investigation,interview with professionals in the industry,and literature query and analysis,and proposes solutions,aiming at providing reference for the development strategies of the third-party logistics enterprises
