摘  要:为比较不同胎次围产期奶牛部分血清脂代谢物及相关激素水平的差异性,选取临床健康的头胎和经产奶牛各10头,于预产期前7、4、2、1 d产后及0、1、2、4、7、14 d尾静脉采血并分离血清,测定血清中非酯化脂肪酸和β羟丁酸浓度,以及胰岛素、生长激素和脂联素等激素水平,结果显示,经产牛血清NEFA和BHBA浓度在产前1 d及产后4 d时显著高于头胎牛(P<0.05),而血清胰岛素和生长激素水平在产前2 d和产后14 d显著低于头胎牛(P<0.05);头胎牛和经产牛的血清ADPN水平在整个试验期间差异性不显著(P>0.05)。In order to find out the differences of serum lipid metabolities and related hormones levels between primiparous and mulitiparous dairy cows during the transition period, ten primiparous and ten multiparous healthy dairy cows were selected. Blood samples were collected from the caudal vein before the morning feeding on d -7,-4,-2,-1, 0, 1, 2, 4, 7, and 14 relative to parturition, and serum concentrations of non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA),β-hydroxybutyric acid (BHBA), insulin, growth hormone (GH) and adiponectin (ADPN) were determined. The results indicated that mutiparous cows had higher serum NEFA and BHBA concentrations than primiparous cows( P <0. 05)on d -1 and 4 relative to parturition. Lower serum insulin and GH levels were found on day -2, and 14 relative to parturition in primiparous cows than those in multiparous cows( P <0. 05). No significant difference was observed in serum ADPN level between primiparous and multiparous cows during the experimental period.
