羊流产衣原体灭活疫苗对绵羊流产的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：选用100只衣原体性流产的母羊,分试验组和对照组进行观察,试验组母羊怀孕后1个月免疫羊流产衣原体灭活疫苗,对照组注射生理盐水。至生产季节,除2只死胎外无流产现象发生外,对照组流产9只,死胎24只,流产率和死胎率分别达到18.4%和30.4%,表明感染羊进行疫苗接种后治疗效果明显。The Chlamydia abortus is one of the very important pathogens which can cause sheep abortion. It seems that the inactivated vaccine of Chlamydia abortus has the function of therapy for the infected sheep in clinical field. In order to confirm this phenomenon, 100 female sheep were divided two groups and the experiment group sheep were vaccinated with the inactivated vaccine after pregnant one month later. 2 sheep had dead fetuses in experiment group while 24 dead fetuses (18. 4%) and 9 aborted fetuses (30. 4%) in control group. The results showed that the inactivated vaccine of Chlamydia abortushas had therapeutic effect on the infected sheep.
