摘  要:采用孢悬液浸渍法测定了3株金龟子绿僵菌和3株球孢白僵菌对榕管蓟马的致病力。结果表明:筛选出MaZPTR-01-01和MaQZ-02为优良菌株,在接菌9 d后,此两菌株对榕管蓟马的校正死亡率均超过了80%,僵虫率分别为68.68%和73.96%,LT_(50)分别为6.08 d和5.25 d,均好于其他菌株。这两株绿僵菌感染榕管蓟马效果良好,在生物防治中将有重要的应用价值。In order to screen high virulence fungi strains against Gynaikothrips uzeli , bioassay evaluation of 3 Metarhizium anisopliae and 3 Beauveria bassianaagainst against G. uzeli adults was conducted through dipping in spore suspension. Result shows that MaZPTR-01-01 & MaQZ-02 were selected as the excellent strains.The corrected mortality of the 2 strains against G. uzeli adults is over 80%, muscardine cadavers rate of G. uzeli is 68.68%& 73.96% respectively, and the LT50 of the two strains is 6.08 d & 5.25 d respectively, which are more effective than other stains. Suggesting that the two strains have great potential in biocontrol of G. uzeli.
