Meek植皮术联合纳米银敷料在大面积烧伤患者救治中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨大面积烧伤患者应用Meek植皮术联合纳米银敷料的临床效果及预后影响分析。方法:选取2010年9月-2017年3月笔者医院收治的大面积烧伤患者65例,使用随机数表法将入组患者分为两组,对照组应用Meek植皮术治疗,研究组联合应用纳米银敷料治疗。观察对比两组烧伤患者的创面愈合情况、片皮存活情况、患者死亡率、并发症发生率及治疗前后的各项生活质量水平。结果:研究组创面愈合率及片皮存活率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组创面愈合时间、死亡率及并发症发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各项生活质量水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床中给予大面积烧伤患者应用纳米银敷料联合Meek植皮术的疗效比较理想,能显著缩短创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合率,减少并发症风险,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect and prognosis of Meek skin grafting combined with nanometer silver dressing in patients with extensive burns. Methods A total of 65 cases of patients with large burns treated in our hospital from September 2010 to March 2017 were selected. The included patients were randomly divided into two groups using the digital table method. The control group was treated with Meek skin grafting and the research group was treated with nanometer silver dressing. The wound healing, skin survival, mortality and complications, and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing rate and skin survival rate in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The wound healing time, mortality and incidence of complications in the study group were less than those in the control group(P <0.05). The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of nano-silver dressing combined with Meek skin grafting for large-area burn patients is ideal, which can significantly shorten the wound healing time of patients, improve the wound healing rate, and reduce the risk of complications in patients, and is worthy of application and promotion.
