摘　　要：目的:观察自体表皮黑素细胞移植联合他卡西醇软膏治疗局限性白癜风疗效和安全性。方法:63例局限性白癜风患者随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组21例。A组予自体表皮移植联合外用他卡西醇软膏,B组仅为自体表皮移植,C组仅外用他卡西醇软膏。三组患者总疗程均为6个月。在治疗前,治疗第1、2、3和6个月末进行随访,观察三组患者疗效和不良反应。结果:在治疗第1、2个月末,A组有效率高于B组、C组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第3、6个月末,A组有效率明显高于B、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:自体表皮黑素细胞移植联合他卡西醇软膏治疗局限性白癜风起效较快,疗效确切,不良反应少。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of autologous epidermal melanocyte grafting combined with tacalcitol ointment in the treatment of localized vitiligo. Methods Sixty-three patients with localized vitiligo were randomly divided into A、B and C groups, with 21 cases in each group. The group A was treated with autologous epidermal grafting combined with external application of tacalcitol ointment. The group B only received autologous epidermal grafting. Group C only topical tacoxiol ointment. The total course of treatment was 6 months.Before treatment, 1,2,3 and 6 months of treatment were followed up to observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups. Results After 1 and 2 month, the effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and C, but the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05). At the end of the 3 and 6 month, the effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group C(P <0.05). Conclusion Autologous epidermal melanocyte transplantation combined with tacracetol ointment is effective in the treatment of localized vitiligo, with less adverse reactions.
