摘  要:目的:比较Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光与CO_2点阵激光治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效。方法:将127例脂溢性角化病患者随机分成两组,观察组用Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光治疗;对照组用CO2点阵激光治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:两组总有效率均为100%,观察组治愈率96.67%,对照组83.4%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);色素沉着率观察组1.7%,对照组11.9%;色素减退率观察组1.7%,对照组14.9%。结论:Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光治疗脂溢性角化病明显优于CO_2点阵激光,更安全有效。Objective This study was aimed to investigate the curative effects of Q switch 755nm emerald green gem laser and CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis. Methods 127 patients with seborrheic keratosis were randomly sampled into two groups. The observation group was treated with Q switch 755nm alexandrite laser, while the control group was treated with CO2 lattice laser. Results By comparing the curative effects of the two groups, the total effective rate was 100%. The recovery rate for the observation group and the control group was 96.67% and 83.4% respectively. The efficacy of the two groups was compared with that of P <0.05.Pigmentation rate for the observation group and the control group was 1.7% and 11.9%. Hypochromia rate for the observation group and the control group was 1.7% and 14.9%. Conclusion The treatment of seborrheic keratos of Q switch 755nm emerald green gem laser is obviously superior to CO2 lattice laser, which is safer, more effective and faster.
