摘　　要：目的:探讨门诊手术室医用耗材的管理。方法:对医用耗材进行科学有序地摆放,规范申购流程,并且专人负责,耗材管理严格落实"五常法"。结果:规范有效的医用耗材管理不仅节约了耗材,提高了科室的经济效益,也减轻了门诊手术室护理人员的工作负担,提高了护理工作效率,保质保量完成每日手术。结论:整形美容外科门诊手术室医用耗材的管理是一项繁琐而精细的工作,任何医用耗材都与每一台手术的顺利完成密切相关。Objective To explore the management of medical consumables in the outpatient operating room. Methods Medical consumables were placed scientifically and orderly. Standardize the requisition and purchase process and assign the person to be responsible. Strictly implement the "five constant methods" for the management of consumables. Results The standardized and effective management of medical consumables not only saved consumables and improved the economic efficiency of the department, but also reduced the work burden for the nursing staff in the outpatient operating room, improved the efficiency of nursing work, and completed daily operations with high quality and quantity. Conclusion The management of medical consumables in the outpatient operating room of plastic and cosmetic surgery is a tedious and delicate work, and each piece of medical consumables is closely related to the successful completion of the operation.
