ER、VEGF在子宫内膜刺激治疗不明原因月经量少患者的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜轻刺激宫腔治疗后,不明原因月经量过少患者体内ER、VEGF表达改变情况,分析其促进内膜生长机制。方法 2015年7月—2017年7月方便选取该院门诊及住院原因不明月经过少60例患者,分为A组(实验组30例)和B组(对照组30例)。对A组行子宫内膜轻刺激疗法,两组均行"人工周期"药物治疗,分别对比两组治疗前后B超监测子宫内膜厚度,对比其不同方法治疗前后两组血清VEGF变化,以及实验组中子宫内膜刺激治疗后内膜组织中ER、VEGF表达改变情况。结果试验组治疗前后血清VEGF由(54.52±8.01)pg/mL增加至(58.89±7.75)pg/mL,明显增加(t=-5.16, P<0.05);内膜组织ER表达阴性、弱阳性、阳性、强阳性率治疗前16.7%、50.0%、33.3%、0.0%,治疗后3.3%、36.6%、43.3%、16.7%,阳性率明显增加(Z=-5.84,P<0.05),内膜组织VEGF阴性、弱阳性、阳性、强阳性率治疗前36.7%、53.3%、10.0%、0.0%,治疗后10.0%、26.7%、60.0%、3.3%,表达较治疗前明显增加(Z=-5.34,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜刺激疗法对不明原因月经过少患者的治疗,可促进其体内血清VEGF、内膜组织中ER、VEGF的表达,从而促进子宫内膜的增长。Objective To investigate the changes of ER and VEGF expression in patients with unexplained menstrual flow after endometrial light stimulation,and to analyze the mechanism of promoting endometrial growth.Methods From July 2015 to July 2017,there were 60 patients with unexplained menstruation and hospitalization.The patients were convenient selected and divided into group A (30 patients in the experimental group) and group B (30 patients in the control group).For group A,endometrial light stimulation therapy was performed.Both groups underwent “artificial cycle” drug therapy.The endometrial thickness of B-ultrasound was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The changes of serum VEGF in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The expression of ER and VEGF in the endometrial tissue was treated by endometrial stimulation in the group.Results The serum VEGF of the experimental group increased from (54.52±8.01)pg/mL to (58.89±7.75)pg/mL,which was significantly increased (t=-5.16,P<0.05).The ER expression in the intimal tissue was negative,weak positive,positive and strong positive rate was 16.7%,50.0%,33.3%,0.0% before treatment,3.3%,36.6%,43.3%,16.7% after treatment,the positive rate increased significantly (Z=-5.84,P<0.05),and the endometrial tissue was negative and weak positive,positive,and strong positive rates were 36.7%,53.3%,10.0%,0.0% before treatment,10.0%,26.7%,60.0%,and 3.3% after treatment,and the expression was significantly increased compared with before treatment (Z=-5.34,P<0.05).Conclusion Endometrial stimulation therapy can promote the expression of ER and VEGF in serum VEGF and endometrial tissue in patients with unexplained menstrual flow,thereby promoting the growth of endometrium.
