前列逐癃汤治疗经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后下尿路症侯群的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前列逐癃汤治疗经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后下尿路症侯群的临床效果。方法参与该次研究的对象为方便选取2017年1月—2018年4月在该院进行医治的前列腺增生患者300例,对其进行随机平均分组,分为研究和参照两组。参照组患者单纯运用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术展开医治,而研究组患者在进行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术医治的同时加以前列逐癃汤,该次研究的观察指标为对比两组患者的术前IPSS评分、尿流率、膀胱残余尿、术中出血量、术后IPSS评分等临床指标的检测值,并对比两组患者的治疗效果总有效率。结果研究组的膀胱残余尿、术中出血量、术后IPSS评分分别为(33.1±15.1)mL、(123.6±2.6)mL、(7.3±0.5)分;参照组分别为(44.8±20.6)mL、(149.4±3.0)mL、(9.6±0.6)分。研究组的临床指标检测值明显比参照组好,两组数据之间展开比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.861 1、6.331 4、4.440 0,P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗效果总有效率92.00%,明显比参照组82.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.420 9,P<0.05)。结论在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后下尿路症侯群的医治过程中,采取前列逐癃汤,能够取得显著性的治疗效果,在术后创面愈合过程中起到促进作用,值得在临床中推荐广泛应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qianlie Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of lower urinary tract syndrome after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods The subjects enrolled in this study were 300 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were convenient selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,the study and the reference group.The patients in the reference group were treated with transurethral resection of the prostate.The patients in the study group underwent transurethral resection of the prostate and the previous treatment.The observation index of this study was compared with the two groups.The pre-IPSS score,urine flow rate,bladder residual urine,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative IPSS score and other clinical indicators were measured,and the total effective rate of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The bladder residual urine,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative IPSS scores of the study group were (33.1±15.1)mL,(123.6±2.6)mL,and (7.3±0.5)points,respectively.The reference group was (44.8±20.6)mL and (149.4±3.0)mL,(9.6±0.6) points.The clinical indicators of the study group were significantly better than the reference group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (t=5.861 1,6.331 4,4.440 0,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than the reference group of 82.00%.The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.420 9,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lower urinary tract syndrome after transurethral prostate plasma resection,the use of Qianlie Zhuyu Decoction can achieve significant therapeutic effects and promote the wound healing process.It is worthy of clinical recommendation for wide application.
