摘　　要：目的观察伤愈水治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效。方法方便选取该院于2015年1月—2016年7月收治的急性软组织损伤患者180例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组行伤愈水外敷、对照组行云南白药酊外用,7 d为1个疗程,1个疗程开始、结束时记录患部疼痛、压痛、肿胀、瘀斑、肌肉僵硬、功能障碍评分。结果①治疗组对压痛单项症状疗效(临床痊愈41.11%、显效57.78%、有效1.11%)、对症组对压痛单项症状疗效(临床痊愈17.78%、显效81.11%、有效1.11%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.343、P=0.001<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。②治疗组对功能障碍单项症状疗效(临床痊愈76.67%、显效17.78%、有效5.56%)、对照组对功能障碍单项症状疗效(临床痊愈62.22%、显效24.44%、有效13.34%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.213、P=0.027<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论伤愈水治疗急性软组织损伤疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of wound healing water on acute soft tissue injury.Methods 180 patients with acute soft tissue injury admitted to our department from January 2015 to July 2016 were convenient randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with external application of wound water and the control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao for 7 days for one course of treatment,the pain,tenderness,swelling,ecchymosis,muscle stiffness,and dysfunction scores of the affected part were recorded at the beginning and end of one course of treatment.Results 1.The treatment group had the effect of single symptom of tenderness (41.11% clinical cure,57.78% effective,1.11% effective),and the symptomatic effect of symptomatic group on clinical symptoms of tenderness (general recovery 17.78%,marked effect 81.11%,effective 1.11%).The difference was statistically significant (Z=-3.343,P=0.001<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.The treatment group had a single symptom symptom of dysfunction (76.67% clinical recovery,17.78% obvious effective,5.56% effective),and the control group had single symptom symptoms (62.22% clinical cure,24.44% obvious effective,13.34% effective).The difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.213,P=0.027<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion The treatment of acute soft tissue injury with wound healing water is effective.
