以微信为载体的系统化临床护理健康教育在下肢浅静脉曲张患者围手术期的应用价值

摘　　要：目的对以微信为载体的系统化临床护理健康教育在下肢浅静脉曲张患者围手术期的应用进行探讨分析。方法方便选取2015年1月—2018年1月该院进行就诊治疗的100例下肢浅静脉曲张患者为研究对象。按照随机数字方法分为观察组和对照组,观察组50例患者采用以微信为载体的现代临床护理健康教育和方式,对照组50例患者采用传统临床护理健康教育和方式。对照组在患者不同阶段进行针对性的健康教育和相关的临床护理,观察组在对照组的基础上并以微信为载体进行系统化临床护理健康教育。结果通过比较分析,观察组和对照组的患者满意度分别为92%、74%(χ2=5.741,P<0.05),观察组和对照组静脉血栓的发病率分别为0%,8%(χ2=4.167,P<0.05),观察组优于对照组,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对下肢浅静脉曲张患者围手术期应用以微信为载体的系统化临床护理健康教育,能够提高患者的满意度同时减少患者深静脉血栓的发生率,减少患者的不适感,可广泛推广和应用于临床。Objective To analyze the application of systematic clinical nursing health education with WeChat as carrier in the perioperative period of patients with lower extremity superficial varices.Methods A total of 100 patients with superficial varicose veins of the lower extremity who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were convenient selected as subjects.According to the random number method,it was divided into observation group and control group.50 patients in the observation group used modern clinical nursing health education and methods with WeChat as the carrier,and 50 patients in the control group used traditional clinical nursing health education and methods.The control group conducted targeted health education and related clinical care at different stages of the patient.The observation group based on the control group and used WeChat as the carrier to carry out systematic clinical nursing health education.Results By comparative analysis,the patient satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 92% and 74%,respectively (χ^2=5.741,P<0.05).The incidence of venous thrombosis in the observation group and the control group were 0% and 8%,respectively.(χ^2=4.167,P<0.05),the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Through the perioperative application of systemic clinical nursing health education with WeChat as a carrier for patients with superficial varicose veins of lower extremity,it can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and reduce the discomfort of patients,which can be promoted and applied to the clinic.
