摘  要:以河北某高速公路桥梁工程为研究对象,对其砼箱梁步履式顶推过程受力进行了研究,并对其横向偏位进行了测试。结果表明,该混凝土箱梁横向可以间接地看作是一个连续的梁体系,当其在顶推过程中所受到的力不一致的时候,就会导致支撑高程不平衡,从而导致各个支撑反力存在着相应的差异情况,导致桥梁主体产生横向的扭转使顶推出现不同步,严重地影响了项目工程施工过程中的安全。横向支撑不平衡会严重地导致作用在箱梁局部的应力过于集中,从而产生极大的拉应力,致使箱梁出现裂痕。在进行混凝土箱梁横向多点顶推时,应局部分析产生的横向支撑,确定横向不平容许范围,保证结构安全可靠。在每次顶推循环时,箱梁横向偏移量比较接近;在单次循环中,箱梁横向偏移量基本为正态分布特征。Taking a highway bridge project in Hebei Province as the research object,this paper studies the force of the walking pushing process of the ballast box girder,and tests its transverse deviation.The results show that the transverse direction of concrete box girder can be regarded as a continuous beam system,and the uneven support elevation will cause some differences in the reaction forces of each support,resulting in the transverse torsion of the beam body,resulting in the unsynchronization of the jacking and affecting the construction safety.Lateral support unevenness will cause local stress concentration of box girder,resulting in greater tensile stress and cracking.In transverse multi-point push-up of concrete box girder,the transverse support produced by local analysis should be determined to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.In each push-up cycle,the transverse displacement of the box girder is relatively close;in a single cycle,the transverse displacement of the box girder is basically normal distribution characteristics.
