商品流通体制改革视角下展销会的兴起与演进(1978～1984年)

摘　　要：1978～1984年,国内商品流通体制进行了初步改革,由单一经济形式、经营方式、流通渠道和多流通环节,逐渐向坚持以公有制为基础的多种经济成分、多种经营形式、多渠道、少环节的流通体制转变。随之,工业部门自销产品成为一条重要的商品流通渠道,地方展销会开始出现。1979年全国轻工业新产品展销会举办,这是新中国成立以来第一次举办全国性展销会。之后,社队企业、农垦系统也举办了全国性展销会。同时,商业部门改变了长期以来工农业产品统购包销的购销形式,通过展销会这一形式,初步构建了跨业界和跨地区的流通网络。展销会的兴起,疏通了商品流通渠道,减少了流通环节,密切了生产部门与市场的关系,在一定程度上推进了商品流通体制的改革。From 1978 to 1984, the domestic commodity circulation system underwent a preliminary reform and gradually changed from a single economic form, mode of operation, circulation channels and multiple circulation links to a circulation system based on the public ownership that adhered to a variety of economic components, forms of diversified operation, multiple channels and few circulation links. Then, self-selling products in industrial departments had become an important channel of commodity circulation and local commedities fair had begun to appear. The National commedities Fair of New Products in Light Industry was held in 1979, which was the first national commedities fair since the founding of New China. After thinking and learning from the experience of the industrial departments, the farming and reclamation system and the enterprises of brigades and communes had held national commedities fair one after another. At the same time, the commercial departments had also changed the form of purchase and sale of industrial and agricultural products for a long time. Through the form of commedities fair, cross-industry and cross-regional circulation network was preliminarily established. The rise of commedities fair made commodity circulation channels smooth, reduced circulation links, strengthened the relationship between production departments and markets and promoted the reform of commodity circulation system to a certain extent.
