数字温度传感器在机车轴承温度检测中的研究

摘　　要：为了能解决传统的在线分析仪器的测量精度低及稳定性能差等一些问题,研制出一种单线数字式温度传感器DS18B20的在线分析仪器,重点介绍了数字温度传感器DS18B20使用方法及分析原理,并且给出了基于单片机和DS18B20的单线多点动车组轴承温度检测系统的硬件原理和程序设计。测试结果表明:该分析仪器响应快,测量精度高,抗干扰能力强,具有很好的实用价值。In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and poor stability of traditional on-line analyzer, an on-line analyzer for single-line digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is developed. The application method and analysis principle of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 are introduced in detail. The hardware of bearing temperature detection system for single-line multi-point EMU based on single chip computer and DS18B20 is also given. Principle and program design. The test results show that the analyzer has fast response, high measurement accuracy and strong anti-interference ability, and has good practical value.
