摘　　要：乡村振兴的关键是产业振兴,发展农业生态旅游业是振兴天津乡村产业的希望所在。近几年,天津农业生态旅游业发展迅速,同时面临产业规模小而散、产业链短、开发理念落后、产品种类偏少、农民职业技能水平偏低等问题。产业集群化发展有利于加速竞争与合作,减少创新成本,放大创新速度;因此,天津农业生态旅游业必须走集群化发展道路,通过加强农业生态旅游业基础设施建设、扶强本地旅游企业、打造农业生态旅游业集群、扩大融资规模、加强职业农民培育、扩大旅游目的宣传推广面、强化农业生态环境治理等路径,加速天津农业生态旅游业的发展,带动乡村振兴。The key to develop the rural area is the industrial revitalization.To revitalize Tianjin rural industry lies in the development of agriculture eco-tourism.In recent years,agriculture eco-tourism in Tianjin has been developing very fast,while facing the following issues,such as the small scope and dispersed industry,the short industrial chain,the backward development concept,fewer kinds of products and lower level of farmers’vocational skills.However,the development of industrial cluster is conducive to competition and cooperation,as well as reduction of innovation cost and acceleration of innovation speed.To speed up development of Tianjin agriculture eco-tourism and drive the rural revitalization,it is essential to take the approaches of industrial cluster in the development of Tianjin agriculture eco-tourism via reinforcing the agricultural infrastructure,supporting the local tourism enterprises,building up the agriculture eco-tourism cluster,expanding the financing scope,enhancing the farmers’vocational training,increasing the publicity of tourism destination,and strengthening the cleanup of agricultural eco-tourism environment.
