摘  要:利用形态特征和分子标记技术对海南省南繁区玉米锈病病原菌进行了鉴定,并对创制的玉米种质材料在自然发病条件下进行成株期抗锈性鉴定。结果表明,海南省南繁区玉米锈病病原菌为玉米多堆柄锈菌;对161份玉米种质在散粉期进行抗锈性鉴定可知,有100份玉米种质表现为高抗和抗病,21份种质表现为感病,14份玉米种质表现为高感。结果显示,不同玉米种质对南方锈病的抗性存在明显差异,加强玉米种质抗锈性研究对玉米锈病的防治具有重要意义。The objective of this study was to identify the pathogen causing rust on maize in district of off-season multiplication in Hainan province,and to evaluate the resistance of maize germplasm to maize rust pathogen at adult stage in field.The result showed that the causal agent of maize rust in Hainan province was Puccinia polysora based on the morphological characteristics and molecular technique.Resistance of 161 maize germplasm to Puccinia polysora at flowering stage in field were evaluated.100 maize germplasms were resistant to Puccinia polysora and 35 germplasm were susceptible,in which 14 maize germplasm was highly susceptible.The results show the significantly different resistance of maize germplasm to Puccinia polysora.Furthermore,screening the resistant maize materials from diverse maize pools will benefit in effective controlling of corn rust.
