摘 要:目的:评价CT及X线在股骨头坏死分期中的诊断准确性及价值。方法:收集我院2016年6月-2018年6月收治的46例确诊为股骨头坏死患者的影像资料,所有患者均进行CT及X线检查,行CT检查的为CT组,行X线检查的为X线组。比较两组患者股骨头坏死的阳性检出率及0期、I期、II期、III期、IV期分期诊断检出率。结果:CT组患者的阳性检出率(82.6%)显著高于X线组(63.0%),二者差异有统计学意义(Χ2=4.449,P<0.05);且CT组患者在0期、I期、II期股骨头坏死检出率高于X线组(均P<0.05),而在III期、IV期的检出率,二者差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:CT对股骨头坏死的检出率较X线高,且在股骨头坏死的早期诊断中较占优势。Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and value of CT and X-ray in femoral head necrosis stage. Methods: The imaging data of 46 patients diagnosed with femoral head necrosis admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were collected. All patients underwent CT and X-ray examination. The positive detection rate of femoral head necrosis and the diagnostic detection rate of stage 0, stage Ⅰ, stage Ⅱ, stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ were compared between the two groups. Results: The positive detection rate(82.6%) in the CT group was significantly higher than that in the X-ray group(63.0%), and the difference was statistically significant(X2=4.449, P<0.05). Moreover, the detection rate of femoral head necrosis in the CT group was higher than that in the X-ray group(all P<0.05), while the detection rate in the phase III and IV groups showed no significant difference (all P>0.05). Conclusion: CT has a higher detection rate of femoral head necrosis than X-ray, and it is more advantageous in the early diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.
