摘 要:目的:探讨螺旋CT三维成像技术在骨折诊断中的价值。方法:选择胸部外伤30例病人,将螺旋CT扫描容积数据传输至报告室工作站进行图像处理,并作出轴位、MPR及3D图像,进行分析。结果:螺旋CT三维成像技术可以从任意平面重建图像并观察骨折及其周围情况,显示骨折的多方位关系非常清楚。结论:螺旋CT三维成像对于有无骨折及骨折数目的定性诊断具有重要作用。Objective: To evaluate the value of spiral CT 3D imaging in the diagnosis of fractures. Methods: Thirty patients with chest trauma were selected. The volume data of spiral CT scanning were transmitted to the workstation of the report room for image processing. The axial, MPR and 3D images were made and analyzed. Results: Spiral CT three-dimensional imaging technology can reconstruct images from any plane and observe the fracture and its surrounding conditions, showing the fracture of the multi-dimensional relationship is very clear. Conclusion: Spiral CT 3D imaging plays an important role in the qualitative diagnosis of fracture and fracture.
