佛顶山保护区森林山野菜资源植物现状及保护利用对策

摘　　要：通过对佛顶山保护区森林山野菜资源植物的专项调查研究,发现:佛顶山国家级自然保护区野生森林蔬菜资源丰富,有可食用的山野菜资源植物343种(含变种),其中真菌类35种、蕨类7种、裸子植物5种,被子植物类296种;在植物系统分类学上归属于98个科,231属;在食用部位上划分为叶茎类、根茎类、花类、浆果类、干果类、子实体(全株)六大类,是目前我国已知山野菜资源植物种类较为丰富的地区之一。Through investigation on forest wild vegetable resources and plants in Fodingshan reserve,we found that the wild forest vegetables are abundant in Fodingshan reserve,There are 343 spieces wild,vegetable resources plants(including varieties),including 36 species of fungi.7 species of ferns,5 species of gymnosperms and 296 species of angiosperms.They belong to 98 families and 231 genera in plant systematics.In the edible part,there are divided into six categories:leaf stem,root stem,flower,berry,dry fruit,and seed(whole plant).Fodingshan reserve is one of the regions with abundant plant species of wild vegetable resources in China.
