摘　　要：目的:探讨非对比剂增强MRA在肾静脉血管成像当中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年2月～2018年2月某院收治的肾脏肿瘤患者60例作为观察对象,随机分为两组,研究组实施非对比剂增强MRA扫描,参照组实施对比剂增强MRA扫描检查。结果:研究组患者肾静脉图像肿瘤评分在两分以上患者多于参照组,不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:非对比剂增强MRA在肾静脉血管成像中的应用价值高。Objective:To explore the application value of non-contrast media enhanced MRA in renal vein angiography.Methods:60 patients with renal tumors treated in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as observation objects and randomized.The study group performed non-contrast agent enhanced MRA scans.and the reference group performed contrast agent enhanced MRA scans.Results:The patients with renal vein image tumor scores with more than two points in the study group were more than the reference group.and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:non-contrast media enhanced MRA has a high application value in renal vein angiography.
