人性化护理在妇科卵巢癌盆腔淋巴清扫术后的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在妇科卵巢癌盆腔淋巴清扫术后的应用效果。方法:抽取至某院妇科就诊的卵巢癌患者66例,常规组采取一般护理,实验组采取人性化护理,对比护理效果。结果:实验组在护理满意度、SAS与SDS评分、并发症发生率方面均明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:对卵巢癌患者将人性化护理干预应用于盆腔淋巴清扫术的护理效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing on the postoperative treatment of pelvic lymph nodes dissection in gynecological ovarian cancer.Methods:66 cases of ovarian cancer were extracted from the gynecological department of a hospital,one group took general care,the other group took humanized nursing,and compared the nursing effect.Results:The nursing satisfaction,SAS and SDS score and complication rate in the experimental group were significantly better than the normal group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The nursing effect of humanized nursing intervention on the postoperative treatment of pelvic lymph nodes dissection in gynecological ovarian cancer is significant.
